Conference Facilities

There are three reasons why Bolton TIC is already becoming a popular venue for conferences and corporate events.

• Facilities are exceptional. With a lecture theatre, exhibition space, breakout rooms, and a catering service on hand, the centre can accommodate up to 200 delegates. We can also offer 3D design areas, a research and development hall, video-conferencing and unusual facilities which include a virtual reality and visualisation experience, a rapid-prototyping service, advanced manufacturing facilities etc.
• Access. Situated within 3 minutes of Junction 4 of the M61, and 2 miles from Bolton train station, visitors enjoy exceptionally good access to the centre.
• Pricing is very reasonable, and compares favourably with every alternative local venue. Organisations using our conference facilities know that choosing Bolton TIC helps to secure revenue income to support the work of the centre which, unlike schools, does not receive a revenue grant from government. The TIC is established to support every school in the town.
