If you have trouble opening the files, it is likely to be because you are using an old and buggy version of Acrobat Reader with Internet Explorer. You will be able to read the files if, rather than opening them directly from the website, you save the PDF files to your hard disk, and open the files from there. Updating to a recent version of Acrobat reader and an up to date web browser is a good idea!
